Welcome to Hidden Hollow Resort! We are so glad you are here. The following is a list of guidelines and policies that will make your stay more enjoyable. Keep in mind you are part of a community of people that use Hidden Hollow Resort, so some of these instructions are to help those that will be here at the same time as you or may follow you at a later time.
Reservations and Cancellations
Ours is a small resort, so reservation and cancellation policies are very important. Please read these carefully.
Other policies
Please respect that we are a family friendly resort. We want you to enjoy your time at Hidden Hollow and we ask that you respect and be considerate of others renting the property while you are here.
We do not do reservations online. Please give us a call at 706.539.2372
All facilities are non-smoking/non-vaping. There are designated smoking/vaping areas at campfire areas. please extinguish your cigarettes. Smoking or vaping in areas other than those designated may result in a substantial fee.
Pets are not allowed because of liability as well as allergies that some guests may have. Thank you for understanding.

Additional policies for weddings and large events:
In management's sole judgment, if a guest's behavior is not conducive with the culture of the Resort, management reserves the right to ask someone to leave and in addition, may charge a MINIMUM facility recovery fee of $500 if a guest has smoked in or around the cabins or facilities, extra cleaning is required, violated policies, damaged the property, equipment or facilities.

Reservations and Cancellations
Ours is a small resort, so reservation and cancellation policies are very important. Please read these carefully.
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.Please notify us of approximate time of arrival.
- Please reserve only the time you intend to be at Hidden Hollow. You will be charged for the entire period reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure.
- A deposit of one-half your charge is required when reservations are made. The deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the payment is due upon arrival by cash, check, Discover, Visa and MasterCard
- Weddings: 1/3 is due at time of reservation and is non-refundable. The deposit is applied to the total amount due. The balance of the payment is due 6 weeks before the wedding. No refund after 6 weeks before the wedding.
- When renting the entire facility, a deposit of 1/3 is due at time of reservation and is non-refundable. The balance of the payment is due 6 weeks prior to scheduled arrival. No refund after 6 weeks prior to scheduled arrival.
- There is a $30 fee for returned checks.

- While very informal, comfortable sports clothes are the order of the day at Hidden Hollow.
- We ask that you be considerate of other guests and keep music, etc. at a level for your own enjoyment. When we have group parties in "Pops" Music Hall or Bonny Jean's Porch, we try not to let them last too late into the night.
- If you expect non-registered persons to visit you, please remember that when a cabin is rented to a certain number of people, that is the number that is expected. If you have additional guests, the charge is $10 a person per day.
- Please remember that there are hazards associated with such country places and you are responsible for your own welfare and that of any children who accompany you. The registration form you sign when checking in includes a "Release of Responsibility" statement for you and the group you represent. Also, the sign at the front gate releases Hidden Hollow, Inc of all liability.
- As a reminder you are responsible for the safety for your group. Hidden Hollow has no liability.
- Drive your car only on the driveways and not on the grass. There are water lines and septic tanks.
- Only park in front of the cabin you have reserved or up the hill heading out of Hidden Hollow at a slant to the right. Excess parking is further up the driveway in field on the right marked ‘parking’.
- Make sure all your items are picked up and the grounds are clean of all trash etc. Please put trash bags at the end of your stay in the screen room designated for trash.
- Turn off all lights, Air Conditioners, fans, stoves, coffee pots, etc. when leaving, even for the day.
- If you have rented the whole facility, please turn off music by 11:00 PM.
- If you have only rented part of the facility, the music quiet time is 10:00 PM.
- When using boats, please do not drag across ground. Only put in or take out at the canoe dock. Do put them back upside down on the cross ties so the water won’t collect. Please replace paddles and lifejackets.
- Please bring or order your firewood for campfires. Campfires are to be put out after use. Put water on them. Please don’t put trash or cans, etc. in fire.
- Swimming and boating are at your own risk. There are no lifeguards. No use of the lake after dark.
- Fishing is ‘catch and release’. Please do not fish around the docks or where people may swim. Fishing is allowed only on the bench beyond the canoes or the fisherman’s covered dock on the water.
- All trash is to be securely tied and taken to the designated trash area. Do not put trash cans in the trash room. Just trash bags.
Additional policies for weddings and large events:
- The awnings on Bonny Jean’s Porch are open Spring to Fall and closed for winter use. Do not attempt to close or open awnings.
- When decorating for events, use only the adhesive holders (no nails or screws) and make sure you remove them after your event. Never tie or put anything on the fans or lights.
- You can use real flowers to throw on the ground during the ceremony and to throw on the Bride and Groom. Do not use artificial flowers to throw on the ground during the ceremony or to throw on bride and groom.
- If using candles, please use the battery candles.
- When using the arbor for a wedding please remove all decorations after using it.
- If you have rented the whole facility, please turn off music by 11:00 PM. You must have everything cleaned up and out of the Bonny Jean's Porch and Pop's Music Lodge by 12:00 midnight the night of the wedding or event.
- If you have only rented part of the facility, the music quiet time is 10:00 PM. You must have everything cleaned up and out of Bonny Jean's Porch and Pop's Music Lodge by 11:00 PM the night of the wedding or event.
- If you are planning on serving any alcohol, you must have a licensed insured Bar Tender on site that will control and serve all alcohol. The Bar Tender must be approved by management prior to the event. An appropriate time for "last call" will be set to stop serving alcohol for the evening.
- All trash is to be securely tied and taken to the designated trash area. Do not put trash cans in trash room. Just trash bags.
- Please put everything back in its place, and please report any damages to management.
- Do not move furniture or pews.
